It looks like we’re about to be right under Irene’s wrathful eye, along with millions of others. If you’re on the east coast, stay safe. If you’re not, please pray for those of us that are.
Praying hard for you and everyone potentially in the path – it looks like the stall and the rain will be problematic. Tie up the drapes, furniture on blocks, you and family on the second floor? Please be safe, before all else.
You have been on my mind since yesterday. My cousin called to let me know about the hurricane that hit Cape May. I have been doing extra knee time including last night when I had insomnia and this am I have CNN on to get ANY news. I know you are probably without power so it will be HOURS before you see this. But please know I am thinking of you dear Deborah and praying for the safely of you and yours.
two towns south of me, is where it made landfall! we lost power for almost 5 hours last night. Still windy and on and off heavy rain. I am thinking you’ll be dealing with some flooding??
Be safe!
Hugs,
Susan
Something in our mind, our brain, it kicks in for self protection. I slept through and totally missed Sunday. Where I live, we are fine. As I look at other areas now, I know I could never have watched what had happened live.
I am praying for all y’all’s safety.
Please let us know when you are safe?
HUGS!
